We are proud to create premium, skin-conscious sleepwear designed to support delicate and eczema-prone skin. Our garments are thoughtfully made for comfort, durability and peaceful nights.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your Star of Raya piece, you may return eligible items within 14 days of receipt, provided they are unworn, unwashed and with all original tags attached.

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

110% Store Credit

We are pleased to offer 110% store credit on full-priced items purchased online within 14 days of receipt of goods.

Store credit:

  • Applies to full-priced items only

  • Is issued once your return has been received and approved

  • Is valid for 12 months from date of issue

Please note we do not offer returns on discounted/sale items or gift cards, except where required under Australian Consumer Law.

Refunds

We offer refunds on full-priced items purchased online within 14 days of receipt of goods.

Items must be returned:

  • Unworn

  • Unwashed

  • With all original tags attached

  • In original packaging

  • Free from marks, fragrance, pet hair or signs of wear

Due to the sensitive skin focus of our garments, items that have been worn or washed cannot be accepted for change-of-mind returns.

Once your return is approved, you will be refunded the full purchase amount minus original shipping costs to the original payment method used.

Please allow up to 3–5 business days for funds to appear in your account once processed.

Sale or discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned for a credit or refund unless deemed faulty under Australian Consumer Law.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you require a different size, you may return your item for:

  • 110% store credit, or

  • A refund (if eligible)

You may then place a new order for your preferred size.

Faulty Items

Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund if a product:

  • Has a major failure

  • Is not of acceptable quality

  • Is not fit for its intended purpose

  • Does not match its description

If you believe your item is faulty, please contact us at [insert email] within 7 days of receiving your order, including:

  • Your order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Clear photographs

Where a fault is confirmed in accordance with ACL, we will cover return shipping costs and provide a repair, replacement or refund as appropriate.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. To request a return, please email hello@starofraya.com with your order details.

Once approved, return instructions will be provided. Refunds are issued to your original payment method once the item is received and inspected.
